Ashnoor oversees WoodGreen’s Community Care Unit which is responsible for Assisted Living & Seniors Programs and Mental Health, Addictions and Developmental Services Programs. Through this portfolio, Ashnoor is leading the work on Seniors Crisis services for the City of Toronto and is the co-lead of the Seniors Help Line. In addition, she is the executive lead for the Community Access and Navigation Program (CNAP). Ashnoor also serves as the Community Lead for both the East and Mid East sub regions.
WoodGreen Community Services is an anchor partner for East Toronto Health Partners (full submission status), and Downtown East Toronto (in development status), as both groups continue to apply to become an Ontario Health Team (OHT).
